CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

For the past 13 years, we have offered an integrated approach to health and wellness through our spa and fitness facilities.

We are seeking an established and experienced full-time Certified Personal Trainer with an engaging wellness-oriented mindset to add to our existing team. We will support any efforts that you make to develop a client base and work closely with you to establish programs such as boot-camps, clinics, specialty classes, and personal training sessions. Candidates must be available weekday mornings and evenings and must be flexible to accommodate the client's schedule. The candidate must have at least one of the following personal training certifications: NASM, NFPT, ISSA, NCCPT, IFPA, ACE, or NPTI.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE • Is passionate about the fitness industry and strives for results for clients • Has a positive and outgoing personality • Enjoys what they do, pushes themselves to improve, and goes above and beyond • Displays a genuine team spirit, a flexible attitude along with the power of positivity • Is a responsible and reliable wellness-oriented individual with a strong work ethic • We will teach you what you need to know about working with our team, but a passion for helping others should be innate • Is willing to hustle to get new clients, but having an existing client base is a major plus!

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique • Possess excellent customer service skills. • Be driven and motivated to self-promote and network. • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and in writing. • Capable of adjusting and operating fitness equipment • Able to be coachable and is a team-oriented individual

PERSONAL TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Build a client base by conducting fitness assessments and demonstrating personal training value, including safe and proper exercise techniques • Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals • Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress • Provide high-quality hospitality to all members • Keep work areas clean and safe for clients and members, follow all cleaning and sanitation protocols.

COMPENSATION: $13.00 to $22.00/hour 

SPA HOSPITALITY ATTENDANTS

You anticipate your guest's needs, assist with spa tours, and maintain product availability in the spa guest areas.
