During her time at the University of Mount Union, Jen transitioned from a 15-year career in competitive cheerleading, dance, and gymnastics, which led her to redefine her understanding of fitness. The gym and weightlifting quickly became integral parts of her daily routine.
In 2019, Jen's life took a significant turn when she became pregnant with her first daughter, Piper. Concerned about potential harm to her baby, she refrained from working out, resulting in an 80 lb weight gain over nine months. The birth of Piper, followed by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic three months later, served as a wake-up call for Jen to reclaim her health. She successfully shed the extra weight and reignited her passion for fitness, prompting a career change. Jen began working in gyms and earned her certification as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Now, after her second pregnancy, Jen's mission is to empower all women to feel confident in the gym and navigate life's various stages with strength and grace.
